Validation and Applications
In this WP, the NODESIM-CFD partners will apply and validate the probabilistic methodologies on representative application test cases, according to the specific nature of the various uncertainty sources.
The methodologies developed in WP3, incorporated into practical applicable tools, will be adapted to a large variety of analysis tools (commercial as well as in-house tools) by the industrial partners, with the support of the developers. The modules developed in WP3 will indeed be made available to the industrial end-users for incorporation into their simulation tools, including a dedicated “Transfer of knowledge” action from the software developers to the end-users, with active support in implementation and/or incorporation of the non-deterministic software modules into the simulation codes in use at the industrial partners sites.
These “transfer” actions are described in Task 4.1.
